Apexora Commerce offers a wide range of products including: Beauty and skincare products, Health and wellness items, Baby care products, Toys and educational items, Home appliances. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products.
Pricing and Payment: All prices listed in USD; subject to change without notice. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other displayed payment methods. Payment is processed securely through third-party processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
Orders and Order Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept/reject any order. Confirmation doesn’t guarantee acceptance: you’ll be notified at shipping. Orders may be cancelled for unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Shipping and Delivery: Times/costs vary by location and method. We ship within the United States. Risk/title passes to you on delivery to carrier. We aren’t responsible for carrier/customs delays. Free shipping may apply on orders over $50.
Returns and Refunds: Unused/unopened products returnable within 30 days. Baby care, health items, and opened beauty products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days. To initiate, contact sales@apexoracommerce.com.
Product Warranties: Sold “as is” unless covered by manufacturer warranty; we facilitate claims but aren’t responsible for defects beyond that.
Limitation of Liability: Apexora Commerce isn’t liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages. Liability capped at amount paid for the product. Not liable for delays beyond our control.
Intellectual Property: All content on apexoracommerce.com is owned by or licensed to Apexora Commerce. No reproduction without written permission.
User Conduct: No unlawful use, interference, malicious code, impersonation, or unauthorized automated access.
Account Security: You’re responsible for credential confidentiality; notify us of unauthorized access.
Privacy: Governed separately by our Privacy Policy.
